I realize I may have been difficult to work with at times, because I am a very opinionated and demanding individual. My numerous phone calls every day must have been trying for your staff, but each time they were all polite, friendly, helpful and always assured me that I was the customer and they would do anything within their power to produce the product I wanted.

This letter is to congratulate and thank you and your entire staff for working so diligently with me to produce a company website that our agents and staff can be extremely proud of. Not only is if functional on the front end, but by making changes and creating functions that I requested you have created a back end that will be extremely helpful in gathering data for the company and allow us to have more control over data entry. You have also given me a "profit generator" with the agent website function that we have needed for future development in our technology department.

As we both have discussed - a website should be a work in progress. You have proven to me that you believe that as much as I do by your constant revisions and additions to our site as I request them.
