The cost of kvCORE starts at $500 per month for 2-5 agents. The complete kvCORE enterprise edition for a brokerage of 5+ agents starts at about $1200/month and grows as the agent count grows. This monthly rate excludes starting costs, which vary based on the version you’re looking to run.
In comparison, KvCore is heads and shoulders above the rest. Firepoint, while an excellent company, does not have the same outstanding support that kvCORE does. Boomtown is one of the top CRMs out there. However, their high price tag (3x the price of kvCORE) might not make them the best choice for everyone. Selected lenders will be visible in your profile and will also be recommended to website visitors. The ability to add preferred lenders is a handy feature, especially if your lender offers an online loan application process. Including this link in the lender’s profile allows buyers visiting your website to quickly and easily get pre-qualified online.
